I’m a writer whose debut collection of short stories, ‘Pain Sluts’ was shortlisted for the ‘2022 Wales Book of the Year’. I was also a finalist in the 2025 Rhys Davies Short Story Award and published in ‘The Man on the Train‘ award anthology. My most recent collection will likely be published in 2027. Watch this space! Lots of my stories and other scribbles have appeared in anthologies, journals, zines, and chapbooks, whilst others have been adapted as award-winning short films.

Also, I have extensive experience as a Creative Practitioner and Facilitator, having worked across a range of sectors to deliver and evaluate arts, literacy and wellbeing programmes, most recently delivering writing workshops aimed at supporting wellbeing through creative practice as part of Literature Wales’s ‘Writing Well’ scheme.

As a Creative Practitioner and Creative Agent with the Arts Council’s ‘Lead Creative Schools Scheme’ (LCSS), I’ve also delivered, managed and evaluated creative learning programmes across schools in Wales, and in 2026, I embark on a new programme of creative learning in schools as a creative learning partner and practitioner with the Arts Council of Wales’s ‘Experiment’ scheme.

I have also worked as a PR professional for the National Museums & Galleries of Wales, and as a media researcher, and am fully bilingual in Cymraeg and English, orally and in writing, and I’m increasingly interested in leaning into my bilingual heritage in my writing.
